Camden Comeback is pleased to be working with the Village of Camden again to offer the FARMERS MARKET in Camden in 2024.
The Camden Farmer's Market will be held every Thursday (June-September) from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the First Southern Baptist Church Parking Lot on Central Avenue and the alley next to the Old School Apartment Building.
We invite vendors to participate and sell their goods, produce, and/or crafts, and we encourage community members and visitors to join us there to get some great locally grown and handmade items.
Our goal for the Farmers Market is to provide our community the opportunity to purchase fresh, healthful produce and food items, baked goods, crafts and other handmade items while also providing a venue for local farmers, producers, crafters and artisans to gather to sell those items directly to customers. We can't wait to see you there.
VENDOR INFORMATION
Camden's 2024 Farmers Market will open on May 30th!
The 2024 Camden Farmers Market is held every Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00 pm from May 30th through September 12th.
All products sold at the Market must be handmade, homemade, baked, home grown or grown locally. The USDA definition of “local” is grown within 100 miles. If a vendor purchases produce at an auction or wholesale place, he/she may sell those items at our Market and we will assume the vendor has verified it is grown locally within 100 miles.
Vendors interested in selling at the Farmers’ Market are encouraged to complete and submit an application ahead or time or can bring their application and payment the night of the market. Vendors may sign up for a 10 x 10 space (size of standard canopy tent) for the entire June-Oct. season for $50, or per date for $10 each date.
Vendors who will be selling potentially hazardous foods that require refrigeration such as cheese, dairy, fish, meats, eggs and/or packaging breads and/or baked goods on-site may also need to obtain a Farmers’ Market/Seasonal Food License/Permit.
