2025 Festival Information

We had a fantastic Festival in 2023 and we're looking forward to the 36th "world famous" CAMDEN BLACK WALNUT FESTIVAL to be held on Saturday and Sunday, October 18-19, 2025. Always held the third weekend in October, the Black Walnut Festival is one of the best festivals in the entire SW OHIO area with more than 120 vendors and averaging 4,500-5,000 attendees per day. It's everything you like in a Festival and more.

GENERAL FESTIVAL SCHEDULE

DATES:   Saturday & Sunday, October 18-19, 2024

FESTIVAL TIMES:  9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. both days

PARADE:  10:00 a.m. Saturday

CAR SHOW:  11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday

FOOD - CRAFTS - VENDORS - ENTERTAINMENT:   9:00 - 5:00 pm -- All day both days!!!

KID ZONE:  9:00 - 5:00 pm - both days!

KIDDIE TRACTOR PULL:  12:00 noon registration then 1:00 Pull begins on Sunday

BEER GARDEN:  11:00 - 7:00 p.m. both days

VENDOR INFORMATION

We had 1120+ craft vendors last year and we sold out of vendor spaces for 2024 by May.  Returning vendors have until December 31st, 2024 to submit/pay their vendor application to return in 2025.  New vendors can sign up beginning April 1, 2025.  Thank you!

CAR SHOW INFO

Last year, the Black Walnut Festival Car Show had 200+ entries. It was spectacular and so much fun.  We'd love to have you bring your car, truck, cycle or corvette and join the fun!  All the details and online registration for next year's Car Show will be posted here soon.
