Who Are We?

Building on the momentum and wonderful support received during Camden's Bicentennial Celebration in 2018, members of that planning committee and a group of additional determined Camden citizens formed a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Camden Comeback) whose goals are to:

  • Share information about Camden, Ohio and its happening with our neighbors and visitors.
  • Organize and assist with activities, events and efforts that create a sense of community for Camden’s citizens
  • Assist, support and encourage existing...and new...businesses and organizations that further Camden's economic development and vitality
  • Promote and celebrate our great community

You can find our full Mission Statement and Vision here.

We strive to be a positive energy and avid supporter for all things Camden!

Check out our Camden Comeback Facebook Page for historical Camden photos and stories, community updates and see new features such as live interviews with lifelong residents, highlights about our great Camden businesses, and, of course, all the information about events and activities happening in our Village.

Events and activities we've planning or ideas we have for the future:

Black Walnut Festival
Camden Comeback Jamboree (fun things for the whole family)
Camden Boo Fest
Haunted Camden Tours
Home and Business Decorating contests (fall, holiday and patriotic)
Business Appreciation Day
Farmer’s Market
Plant Swap and Sale
BBQ and Chili contests
Christmas in the Village
Bingo nights
…and more

While the current COVID-19 pandemic has sidelined some of our plans,
we are still planning this year's 33rd annual 2020 Black Walnut Festival!

Stay tuned…it’s going to be fun!
